Court day Continued December the 2d: 1735

Lre to Mr James

Ordered That the Clerk write a Letter to Mr James to desire him to bring the Plan of the
New Buildings proposed to be built att London Wall on the next Court day.

Further Lease to be prepared
for Mr Fordham of the house
att the Hall Gate att £14 P Ann}

Ordered That the Clerk prepare a Draft of a Lease to lay before the next Court between this Company
and Mr James Fordham< no role > of the house att the Hall Gate to Comence att Christmas 1739(being the time
of the expiracon of his present Lease of the said house)for the further term of 18 years & an half
(being the remr of the term which will be then to Come in the said Mr Fordhan's Lease of the Hall)
att and under the yearly rent of £14 payable Quarterly.

Old South Sea Annuitys

The Renter Warden now reported that he had received Fourteen Pounds one shillings &
seven pence for half a years Interest of £704:1s:3d Old South Sea Annuity due att
Michaelmas last.
