of the expiracon of his present Lease of the said house)for the further term of 18 years & an half
(being the remr of the term which will be then to Come in the said Mr Fordhan's Lease of the Hall)
att and under the yearly rent of £14 payable Quarterly.
Old South Sea Annuitys
The Renter Warden now reported that he had received Fourteen Pounds one shillings &
seven pence for half a years Interest of £704:1s:3d Old South Sea Annuity due att
Michaelmas last.
