Dividend an the Irish Estate
The Renter Warden now reported that he had received Forty Pounds Nineteen shillings &
seven pence of the Ironmongers Company for Dividend on the Irish Estates
£7:10s to be paid Yearly to
Penton Mewsie & Weyhill
the
gift of Mr Read so long as that
Estate holds Ye rent of £21 P ann}
Whereas The Reverend Mr Smith Vicar
of Penton has Attended this Court severall times in
order to settle the Charity given by Mr Reads Will to the Parishes of Penton
& Weyhill
Thereupon and on debate of the Matter Itt is hereby ordered and agreed That the Present
Renter Warden and All Renter Wardens for the Future pay the sume of Seven Pounds ten
shilling P ann to the Parishes of Penton and Weyhill being the Gift of Mr Read, So long
as the Estate shall held the rent now paid for the same being £21 P ann
The Dog & Bear Inn & houses
adjoyning to be rebuiltor
repaired by the Company}
Itt is hereby ordered That the Old houses in London Wall
Vizt The Dog and Beare Inn
and other Houses next adjoyning be rebuiltor repaired att the Charge of this Company in
such Manner as this Court shall agree to by any Plan for that purpose And itt is requested
by this Court That Hany Member of the Court of Assistants will lay a Plan for such building
before this Court Such Person will have the thanks of this Court
