The Committee appointed att the last Court to take a View of a house in Laurence Poultneys
Lane now made their report thereof And Itt was thereupon ordered That Mr Warden Russell
Mr Samuel Boughton< no role > Mr Thomas Boddell< no role > and Mr Edward Boucher< no role > take another View of
the said house on Wednesday the Fourteenth instant att eleven And that they make their
report of the same to the next Court

Clerk paid £52:10s:0d wch he
reced of Mr Roaker which was
putt into the Chest}

The Clerk now paid Fifty two pounds tenn shillings which he received of Mr Roaker
(being the remainder of One hundred and five pounds for Timber sold him off the Farme
att Shackleford) which was now putt into the Chest

South Sea Annuities

The Renter Warden now reported That he had received Fifteene pounds and nine
pence for halfe a years Dividend on Seven hundred and fifty two pounds South sea
Annuities due att Michaelmas last
