Lane for One and Twenty Yeares from Michaelmas last Under the Yearly rent of
Sixteene Pounds payable Quarterly

£3:6s:8d to Mr Osgood towards
painting the Pictures}

Ordered That Mr Warden Barlow do pay Mr Benjamin Osgood< no role > Three Pounds six shillings
and Eight Pence towards the Charge he has been att in beautifying painting and framing
the severall Pictures And new lettering the Board describing the Gift of Richard Wyatt< no role > Esqr
a worthy Benefactor to this Company which are hung up in the Hall
