This day the Company granted a Lease to Mary Smith< no role > of a Messuage in Norton Falgate
for Twenty one yeares from Midsummer last under the yearly rent of Eighteene pounds

Mr Joseph Brookes< no role > }

Mr John Hind< no role > now appeared on the behalfe of Mr Joseph Brookes< no role > one of the Company's
Tennts. att Norton Falgate burnt out and proposed to take a Lease for him of the Company's
house late in the tenure of Mr Collis for twenty one yeares and pay Sixteene pounds P
annum rent for the same upon the Company's building a Shed or Workshop of the following
dimencons Vizt 19 Foot by 17 from out to out and 9 Foot high covered with Pantyles
which was agreed to by the Company And ordered accordingly

Ordered that Charles Wichelow< no role > be admitted a Pentioner when a Vacansy shall
happen in turnand alsoe that Susanna Walker< no role > be likewise admitted
a Pentioner when a Vacansy shall happen

govern this Company for the yeare following the present Master Wardens and assistants having
withdrawne themselves from the rest of the Livery and considered of proper Persons to be putt in
Nominacon for that purpose Doe according to a power given them by an Ordinance in that behalfe
As also by Antient Custome Resolve and agree That the Persons hereafter named shall be putt
in Nominacon for that purpose for the yeare ensueing Vizt
