Morgan to Burrows

Consented That John Morgan< no role > Apprentice of Richard
Churchman
< no role > Citizen and Carpenter be Assigned to Benjamin
Burrows
< no role > Citizen and Joiner of London for the remainder of
his Apprenticeship .

Mr. Poole the Cl to
Provide an Assisting
Cl durante Plito}

This Court was now informed that Mr. Hookes (who was the
Assisting Clerk to this Company on their Court days) was Dead
And Whereas the Company paid him Six Pounds P Ann for
his trouble. Thereupon Mr. Poole the present Clerk Applyed to this
Court, that he might Provide a Person in his Room And that
he might have the same Allowance of Six Pounds P Ann
Thereupon It is hereby Ordered That the said Mr. Poole
do Provide a Person in the said Mr. Hookers Room And That
the Renter Warden for the time being pay Mr. Poole Six Pounds
P Ann for his so doing daring the Pleasure of this Company.

Mr. Barlow & Major
Williams Sumoned to
Fine for Renter Warden
but Neither of them
would pay their Fine.

Mr. Benjamin Barlow< no role > one of the Livery of this Company Appeared
upon Sumons, When the Master asked him if he would Pay his
Fine for Renter Warden and Come on the Assistants Which he
refused to do. Also Major Williams appeared on the like
Sumons and refused to Fine for the said Office.

Lease granted to
Mr. Russell.

This day the Company granted a Lease to Mr. Mary Russell< no role >
of a Messuage Norton Falgate during the Term of her
life only at the Yearly Rent of Sixteen Pounds.

S. S. Annuities

Mr. Warden Osgood now reported that he had reced
Ten Pounds for half a years Dividend on £500. South
Sea Annuities due at Michaelmas last.
