Bank Stock Dividend.

The Renter Warden reported that he had received nine pounds nine
shillings & nine pence for the Dividend of three hundred sixteen
pounds & five shillings Bank Stock due at Lady day last.

Intrest. on B. Anuities.

as also thirty pounds being one Qrters. Interest of two thousand
four hundred pounds Bank Anuities due at Lady day last.

Pooles Lease.

Ordered That Mr. Poole the Company's Tenant in Bishopsgate Street have
a Lease of the House he now dwells in for any number of Years not
exceeding sixty one, under the same Rent & Covenants as in his present
Lease, And that the Master & Wardens do meet at Pooles Coffeehouse
without Bishopsgate on Friday the 17th. day of this instant May at
Tenn of the Clock in the Forenoon in order to acquaint the Church wardens
of the Parish of St. Helens within Bishopsgate with this Order for their
Concurrence thereto, And that the Beadle do give notice thereof to
the sd. Churchwardens.
