Ordered that the Clerk declare the Vacancy of Master
by the Death of Richard Jupp< no role > Esqre . the late Master
in the Following Manner

Gentlemen

I am ordered to acquaint You that Your
late Worthy Master Richard Jupp< no role > Esqre . is dead And
that You are summoned here this day to chuse a New
Master in his Room for the remaining part of the Year
For which Purpose the Wardens & Court of Assistants will
withdraw & agree on Proper Persons to be put in
Nomination

Gentlemen

The Wardens & Assistants have agreed
that the following Gentlemen be put in Nomination
for Master of this Company for the remaining part of
the Year in the Room of the late Richard Jupp< no role > Esqre .
