Court Day March the 3d. 1752 .-Continued

Memorandum It is this 3d. day of March 1752. Agreed between the Worshipfull
Company of Carpenters London of the One part And Alexander Fatio< no role > of the parish of
Allhallows London Wall Merchant of the Other part, the said Company do hereby Agree to
Lett unto the said Alexander Fatio< no role > All that their Messuage or Tenement No. 4. in Carpenters
buildings late in the Occupation of Anne Boswood< no role > att the Yearly Rent of Sixteen pounds
payable quarterly to Commence from Lady day next for the Term of Three Yeares [..]
certaine from that time And the said Alexander Fatio< no role > doth hereby Agree with the said
Company to take the said premisses at Lady day next upon the Terms abovemenconed
And as a Confirmation thereof now paid Mr. Warden Robinson One Shilling in part of
the first quarters Rent that shall grow due As Wittness his hand the day & Year above written
