To hold for the Term of Eleven Yeares to Commence
from Christmas day next Att the Yearly Rent of Sixteen pounds payable Quarterly with such
Usuall Covents as are Incerted in the said Company's Leases And the said Isaac Osborne< no role >

hereby Agree to take a Lease of the said Messuage or Tenement of the said Company upon the
Terms abovemenconed And to Execute a Counter part of such Lease to the Company when the

Agreement hath paid to Mr. Warden Dutton One Shilling-in part of the first quarters
