Memorandum It is this 12th.. day of Decr-1750 Agreed Between the Worshipfull Company
of Carpenters London of the One part And Isaac Osborne< no role > of London Wall Currier of the other part
In manner following the said Company Do hereby Agree to Lett by Lease to the said Isaac Osborne< no role >
All that Messuage or Tenement Scituate & being at London Wall now in the possession of the said
Issac Osborne< no role > & late of Thomas Wenham< no role > To hold for the Term of Eleven Yeares to Commence
from Christmas day next Att the Yearly Rent of Sixteen pounds payable Quarterly with such
Usuall Covents as are Incerted in the said Company's Leases And the said Isaac Osborne< no role > doth
hereby Agree to take a Lease of the said Messuage or Tenement of the said Company upon the
Terms abovemenconed And to Execute a Counter part of such Lease to the Company when the
Same shall be Offered And the said Isaac Osborne< no role > to Confirm the said abovemenconed
Agreement hath paid to Mr. Warden Dutton One Shilling-in part of the first quarters
Rent Wittness his hand the day & Year first abovemenconed

N3. The Company is to pay him Ten pounds after he has made the Alterations he
proposed to Make.

of Carpenters London of the One part And Susanna Berryman< no role > of Norton Falgate in the parish of
Saint Bottolph Bishopsgate Middlesex Widow of the Other part In Manner following The said Company
Do hereby Agree to Lett by Lease to the said Susanna Berryman< no role > All that Messuage or Tenement
Scituate & being in Norton Falgate aforesd. the Corner of Hog Lane now in the possession of the said
Susanna Berryman< no role > To hold for the Term of Twenty One Yeares to Comence from Christmas
day next Att the Yearly Rent of Eighteen pounds payable quarterly with such usuall Covenants
as are Incerted in the said Company's Leases And the said Susanna Berryman< no role > doth hereby agree to
Take a Lease of the said Messuage or Tenement of the said Company upon the Terms abovemenconed
And to Execute a Counter part of such Lease to the Company when the same shall be offered And the
said Susanna Berryman< no role > to Confirm the abovemenconed Agreement hath paid to Mr. Warden
Dutton One Shilling in part of the first quarters Rent Witness her hand the day & Year first
abovemenconed

N3. The Company is to put the House & premes in Repair & do every thing
Necessary Except Wainscotting the Room one pair of Stairs forward & Covering & Paving the Workshop.
