Resolved that the Steward be authorized to pay
five Shillings to John Winter< no role > he having behaved
himself very orderly whilst he has been in the prison
and given great assistance in working the new flour

The Porter reported that the prisons were clean and
the prisoners properly employed.

from Mr. Polfreeman having been sent in and
found to answer the purpose, as particularly [..]
reported in the Minutes of the 10th. Feby, when
Report is confirmed by the Opinion of other
Gentleman, who have since been present at the
working of the said Mill; The Sub-Committee
of Opinion that Mr. Polfreeman be paid for the same
