each, without Bone, to be boiled to a consist
of ten Ounces

That on these days they have three
Pints of Table Beer

That on Tuesdays, Thursdays a [..]
Saturdays, they have the Broth drest fro [..]
the Meat of the preceding day with three
Ounces of Rice for every Person, which when
properly boiled, will produce fifteen Ounces
at least, the quantity of Soup for each Prison
to be three Pints

That on the Soup-Days they have
[..] One Quart of Table Beer only.
