Mr. Willis reported that he had waited up
the President with respect to the number of Prison
Committed to this Hospital to be passed to the
Respective Parishes, and in Consequence there of
Mr. Willis moved that the following Resolutioin
be taken into Consideration at the next General
Committee;
That whenever if shall appear to the Sens [..] or Apothecary
of this Hospital, that a Prisoner Committed for
a pass is so disordered as to be incapable of
being passed to his on her Parish, he shall
forth with Certify the same under his Hand
the Lord Mayer on to the Magistrate at
Guildhall requesting the Magistrate to
Send the Prisoner so disordered to one of the
City Hospitals For cure: And that one of the
Beadles of this House shall deliver the same
Certificate to the Lord Mayor, or to the
Magistrate Sitting at the Place from who
the Prisoner was Committed
It is resolved That Mr Murrell shall inform the
Surgeon, of the Committees desire to have Killy
Warrant backed by him the purpose of getting
