Examined The Prisons & found them clean & the
Prisoners duly employd. Most of the Men being
beating hemp

The Committee considering the benefits of solitary
confinement to the Prisoners, which cannot be obser [..]
While beating hemp, are of opinion that no more heavy
be taken in after the present 200 Ws. shall be finished
And they require the presence of one of the Beadles con [..]
tantly with the men, while at this work; which [..]
be strictly complied with

Upon the representation of Mr Morrell that the
prisoner Doney had behaved very well, during his con
finement of 6 months, which expires on Sunday next
& that he was in want of the following articles of apparel
upon his enlargment, viz-a pair of Trowsers, a
Jacket & Shirt, the Committee order the same to be
provided for him. Mr. Willis & Wr Luders can add
their own personal observation of their man's good behaviour

Mr. Haslam is reguested to provide the Necessary
apparatus for the working of the Drug-Mill now
preparing, as soon as it will be ready to work
