Ordered that those persons affected with
the Hole be kept seperate from the others
whenever such seperation can be complied
with according to the State of the prison
and that it be recommended to the grand
Prison Committee that a room be exclusively
appropriated for persons affected with
such disorder

The following letter was written & signed by the Governors
[..] esent, & directed to be taken as directed, forthwith,
the sitting Magistrate at Guildhall ; in consequence
[..] doubt expressed at the last meeting with regard to the
[..] pping of women committed as disorderly-viz

"Bridewell Hospital May16th. 1799
We the underwritten, being the Visiting Governors
this Hospital, now present upon the Prison Committee,
having observed two Warrants of Commitment of
[..] men as idle & disorderly, whose Names are
Sarah Liscombe< no role > and Elizth. Gale< no role > , Ann Wilson< no role >
Charlotte Davey< no role > , committed on the 7th. of this
month; which Warrants appear to have been
[..] ned by Sir William Plomer< no role > whereby the
[..] tor of Bridewell is ordered to whip the
[..] Prisoners: and we having considered
Statute of 32d. Geo. 3d. Chap 45, Sect 3.
[..] ich, as We apprehend, forbids the said
punishment
