Examined the Prisons and found them clean

The Committee having observed that some Shutters had
been fixed to the Windows of the Womens Prison which
exclude the Air and that the same had been put up
without the Orders of the Committee Resolved that an
Enquiry be made relative to that Order and that the
Surveyor and his Clerk be desired to attend with his
Clerk on Thursday next.
