Wednesday 8th. December 1802
Sub Committee City Lands

The Clerk of the Workslaid before the Committee pursuance
to Order a Valuation of premises at the North East Corner
Hounsditch which was read in these Words

To the Worshipful Committee of City Lands
Gentlemen

Pursuant to your Order I have viewed that
and Premises at the South East Corner of Hounsditch
proposed to be taken down and set back for the purpose
a Public Improvement agreeable to the Plan hereafter
delivered which with a House at the East End of the Cl [..]
Yard fronting Aldgate is the Freehold of WIlliam W [..]
Esquire subject to a Lease for 500 Years from Christmas
1706 to the Parish of Aldgate part underlett by the said
to the Trustees of Sir John Cass< no role > for the same Term and
Remainder let to different Tenants and I have v [..]
the several Interests in the said Premises (exclusive
Sum Mr Gough may be entitled to in the Nature of
Will etc.) at the Sum of £3247:7:.. as follows vizt.
