of such their Presentment and Recommendation
setting forth That at a Board or Meeting of the [..]
of the said Charity held at the School House in Church
Row Aldgate London that day several Persons attend
agreeable to public Advertizement to offer themselves
Candidates for the place of School master to the said [..]
vacant by the death of Mr. William Pease the late
School Master thereof - That the Trustees having
carefully examined the Qualifications of the said several
Candidates were of Opinion that Mr. Berrington Mar [..]
and Mr. Charles Watson< no role > were two fittest Persons to be
returned and recommended to the Vestry of the Trust [..]
part of the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
their choice of one of them to be elected the School
of the said Charity And Resolved that Mr. Chamberlain
Clark on behalf of the Trustees of the said Charity to be
requested to certify to Mr. James Fisher< no role > the Vestry [..]
of the Freedom part of the said Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate London that the said Trustees ha [..]
that day nominated Mr. Berrington Marsh< no role > and [..]
Charles Watson< no role > for the two Persons to be presented
recommended by them the said Trustees to the Vestry
the said Parish for one of such two Persons to be [..]
by the said Vestry a School master for teaching and
instructing the Boys of the said Charity in reading and
Writing and Arithmatic and also the Girls of the
Charity to write and Cast Accompts in the room of
William Pease the late School master deceased And [..]
the said Trustees did request that the Churchwardens
of the said Freedom part of the said Parish would
forthwith cause a Vestry to be holden in order to receive
from the Trustees of the said Charity their Presentation
and Recommendation as aforesaid and to proceed to
choice of a School Master accordingly And Resolved
that such Certificate as aforesaid be made by delivered.
