The Church Wardens having laid before the
Vestry a Bill now depending in the House of Com [..]

Bill was Ordered to be read And after the Vestry
had gone through several of the Clauses it being
general opinion of the Vestry that the Bill from [..]
vast variety of Objects it embraced could not receive
a full and due consideration at this Vestry.

A Motion was made and seconded and on the question
being put was unanimously carried that a Common
