March agreeable to the Orders of the last Vestry
but that no Person bid for the said Premises [..]
thereat

Mr. Jas. Moffatt< no role > now attending and declaring
he was desirous to offer a proposal for taking th [..]
said vacant Ground. A motion was made
and Seconded that Mr Edward Gibbs< no role > Mr William
Coles Mr Joseph Wise< no role > Mr Samuel Osborne< no role >
Mr John White< no role > Mr Stephen Ponder< no role > and Mr Pete [..]
Astie be a Committee to receive of Mr Moffatt
his Proposal and on the Question being put
it was Voted and Ordered accordingly and
the said Committee having with drawn and
received the proposal Returned and Reported
that said Mr Moffatt was willing to take [..]
said Ground on a Building Lease for Ninety
Nine Years at the clear yearly Rent or sum of
Twenty Pounds Which said Proposal thus
Vestry Resolved not to accept of

A Motion was then made that the said
Committee be continued and empowered in [..]
Conjunction with the Church wardens for the
being to receive Proposals from any Person [..]
Persons for taking the said Ground on abou [..]
Lease and to report to a future Vestry, Po [..]
that any Proposal be made to them shall
contain an advance on the Sum of Twenty four
Pounds clear Rent
