A Motion was made and seconded whether
the said vacant Ground called London
Apprentice Yard when put up for letting
at the intended Auction shall be put in
by the Auctioner at Twenty five pounds
per Annum clear rent or at the Sum
of Twenty pounds per Annum clear
Rent upon a Building Lease for 99 Years
from Lady day next and upon the said Questions
being severally put it was Carried that the same
be put in at the said Sum of Twenty five pounds
(numbers Twenty five against Seven)

At Motion was then made and seconded that
the person who shall take the said premises at the
said Intended Auction shall not be obliged to lay
out and expend any specific Sum of money in
Building on the said Ground but shall be bound
to build too at the least but not more than three
houses on the front of the said Ground according
to the Second Rate of Buildings and that the
background shall be coverd with such Buildings
only as shall be chargeable to Parliamentary and
Parish Taxes and on the Question being put it
was voted and ordered accordingly

A Motion was then made that a Pepper Corn
Rent only be paid for the said Premises up to
Michelmas. 1786 by which time the houses in
front to be coverd in and the Buildings on the back
Ground to be coverd in within three years from the
Commencement of the Lease and on the Question
being put it was voted and orderd accordingly
