present Occupier of the said House delivered in at this
Vestry a Proposal for taking a Twenty one years Lease
thereof from the Expiration of the present - a Copy of which
Proposal follows (vizt.)
To the Churchwardens and Gentlemen of the
Parish of saint Botolph Aldgate
in the City of
London
I Propose to take a Lease of the House No. 78
in the Minories
belonging to the said Parish which I now
occupy for the Term
of Twenty one years from the
Expiration of the present Lease at the yearly Rent of
£14:0:0 P Year clear of all Deductions whatsoever
and to Layout in the [..] repairs of the said House-
£85:0:0.

It was Voted and agreed unanimously to accept
thereof And Ordered that the Churchwardens do
Execute to the said Joseph Burton< no role >
a Lease accordingly
And It was Further Agreed and Ordered that
the said House be insured from Fine and kept so
insured by the Churchwardens for the time being during
the said Term of Twenty one years at the Expence of the
Parish.
