A Motion was made and seconded that the Office of [..]
the poor for Tower hillPrecinct be now declared vacant on [..]
of Mr. John Keeves< no role > the lately Elected overseer for the said [..]
not being now an Householder within the Parish and the [..]
being put the same was voted and ordered and the said [..]
declared vacant accordingly.

Ordered that an Overseer for TowerhillPrecinct be now [..]
for the remainder of the present Year in the room of the s [..]
Keeves

And the following Persons were put in Nomination for
said office (Vizt.)

Mr. John Francis< no role >
Mr. Thomas Woolgar
Mr. William Brown< no role >
Mr. William Martin< no role >
Mr. William Williams< no role >
Mr. Benjamin Curtis< no role >
Mr. William Rashdall< no role >
Mr. George Burton< no role >
Mr. William Cass< no role >
and
Mr. Thomas Nichols< no role >

And they being severally put up the Election fell on Mr. [..]

The Case with the Councils Opinion thereon relative to [..]
Bastard taken by Order of last Vestry was now read and
Vestry Clerk informed the Vestry that in Consequence of [..]
Opinion an appeal had been entered and that the same
adjourned till next Session

Resolved and Ordered that the Churchwardens taking [..]
Assistance such others of the Parishioners and Inhabi [..]
this Parish as they shall think proper do treat and [..]
with the Parish officers of Dukes place relative to [..]
Bastard in the best manner they can.
