"to all the said several Houses shall or may always
"hereafter be wholly charged assessed and received by the said
"Parish of Saint Danes Dukes Place save and except only for
"such of the said Houses as are or shall or may be situate
"at the Corner of any street which It is hereby agreed
"shall be charged and pay to the Consolidated Rates of and
"to the said Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate and Lastly
"It is hereby agreed that the Window Light, House and
"Servants Taxes for and in respect of all the said several
"Houses so Erected and intended to be Erected as aforesaid
"shall always hereafter be rated taxed and received by the
"said Parish of Saint James Dukes< no role > Place Signed on
"behalf of all and every of the Inhabitants of the said
"respective Parishes of Saint Botolph Aldgate and Saint,
"James Dukes< no role > Place this day of One
"thousand Seven hundred and Eighty three"

But the final adjustment and Settlement with the said
Parish of Saint James Dukes Place is postponed until the said
Agreement should be laid before a Vestry of this Parish for
approbation - Whereupon this Vestry now taking into
Consideration the aforesaid disputes and the said agreement for
settling and determining the same - Resolved and Ordered
that it will be for the benefit and Interest of this Parish
to Enter into said agreement therefore approved of the
same and nominated and appointed Deputy Robert
Harding and the rest of the Common Councilmen of
this Ward and the present Churchwardens and Mr. Thomas
Sabe Mr. Edward Gibbs< no role > Mr. William Coles< no role > and Mr. Thomas
Wriggles worth
