The Minutes of the last Vestry were read & Confirmed

Resolved & Ordered that the Sum of £600, be assigned upon
[..] Inhabitants of this Parish for the relief & Employment of the Poor
thereof for Thirteen Weeks from the 10th. day of October last

The Vestry Clerk laid before this Vestry a Case on the Act of
parliament relating to the Parish Poor Children with Mr Dunning's
opinion thereon, which was Read as follows

Case

The Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate is situate part in the Ward of
Portsoken in the Freedom of the City of London , but without the Walls thereof
[..] Part in the Lordship of East Smithfield n the County of Middx

That Part which is in Portsoken Ward, Enjoys all the priviledges
in Common with the several Parishes within the Walls having an
[..] man & five Common Councilmen who transact the business thereof
with regard to the maintenance of their poor & sundry other Matters
a distinct & separate Parish to all Intents & purposes from that part
[..] within the County of Middx, but with respect to the Church & every
[..] relating thereto, the whole parish (vizt.) both Freedom & Lordship Parts is
united Parish, and the Living of the whole is one Rectory Impropriate.
