The Committee to whom the Affair was referred relating
Parish Quarter of the Houses in the Minories agreed to be
Mr Harding, Reported that they had met, setled a Cash

Fee Simple of an undivided th. part of sundry Houses
Premises in the Minories and Mr. Moss deced was seized
of the other

The said House being empty, much decayed
bad Condition as to require being pulled down & rebuilt, above
years ago, a Vestry of said Parish was held in order to
part to the most benefit & advantage, and at said Vestry
the proprieter of the abovesaid made proposals for take
long Lease of the Parish's said th. part at a very trif [..]
Rent or to purchase the same, but his proposals being
And Mr Harding a Gentleman of the Paid Parish offers
their said part on a Building Lease for Sixty one years
more advantageous Terms than said Moss had proper
agreed to Let the same accordingly to Mr Harding, as
a Lease to be prepared.
