Read and Confirmed the Minutes of the last Vestry.

The Churchwardens reported to the Vestry that the Number
of Feoffees of the Parish Estates is reduced to Seven, 4 of
whom do not reside in the Parish Etc.

Whereupon a Motion was made and the Question put whether
this Vestry Shall now proceed to the Choice of new Feoffees
and was carried unanimously And accordingly thefollowing
