Mr. Bentham Acquainted the Comittee that Mr. Kynaston the Impropriator had [..]
a Petition to the House of Commons against the Bill for Enabling the Inhabitants to [..]
their Parish Church in Order to be Exempted from Contributing towards the Charge
same And that he was by an Order of the House to be heard by his Council before the Church
to whom the Bill was referred concerning the same Whereupon it was Ordered
that the Clerk of the Vestry do Prepare a Case on behalf of the Parish And to Tee [..]
Council to be heard before the Committee against the said Petition. The Blanks of [..]
were filled up and the Name of the Trustee were Inserted therein
