Comittee had had Severall Meetings with the said Mr. Brewster
concerning the suites brought by him against ye. Parrish
Recovery of the Watchhouse & other things Claimd by his [..]

Jno: Cass< no role > Intreeting off & Debateing ye. sade Differences [..]
order as well to end ye: said sutes already commenced [..]
prevent such sutes as may hereafter arise & that ye.
Coll: Cass had accordingly used his Mediation on behalf
sade. Parrish & had often confered with ye. said Impropriator

behalf of the Parish adjust ye. Conveyence for settling [..]
establishing the said agreement & that accordingly had
