Dtr: Kennett appeard in the behalf of Mr: Floyd
in the sade vestry wereas Madm: Floyde Late wife
of Dtr: Floyd was buryed in a vault which was
made without the knowledge & consent of the
Churchwardens & the Antience of the said Parrish
Dtr: Kennett offers from & in the behalf of the
said Mr. Floyd the Sume of twenty pounds to be
paid to the Churchwardens for the use of the poor
of the said Parrish for the Continuance of the
said vault & for a Monument of stone in a Places
convenient where itt shall be no blindness nor Damis

to the said Church which offer was ordered voted &
Agreed unto upon Paing the said Sume the Vault to
Continew & the Monument sett up as afforesade
