on Account of Commemorations.

Tuesday the Twenty third day of February 1738

The Last Orders of Vestry were Read and Confirmed.

Att this Vestry the Accounts and Receipts of Mr. William Pitches< no role > and Mr.
[..] bard Hart late Renter Church Wardens of this Parish were Audited and Approved
and there Appears to have been received by them the Sum of Three hundred
[..] ty three Pounds Seven Shillings and Eight pence and to have been Disbursed
Sum of Two hundred Seventy Three Pounds Nine Shillings and One penny [..]
[..] there remains due from them to the Parish on the Ballance of the said Account
Sum of Seventy four Pounds Eight Shillings and seven Pence.

Mr. Church: Warden Myers Acquainted the Vestry that the Lease of a House
Leaden hall Street belonging to the Parish formerly Lett to Mr. Lockley was near
[..] ring.

Whereupon it is Ordered and Agreed that the Church Wardens
[..] forthwith in some of the Publick News Papers Advertize the said House
to Lett for the Term of Twenty One Years to Commence from the Expiration
the Present Lease And that the Church Wardens for the time being
summons the Feoffees of the Parish Lands to meet in the Vestry in Order
