In the said Parish (Except the Burialls in the Vault belonging to
John Cass< no role > 's Charity) be applyed and appropriated in the first [..]
for the payment of the law Charges which now are or shall be [..]
due from the said parish on Account of the said Suites at [..]
for non payment of the said Church Rate and maintaining [..]
Rights of the parish and after payment of the said Law Charge [..]
Then the said Buriall moneys to be paid and applyed for the pa [..]
and discharge of all such moneys as remaines due and unpaid
relation to the repaires of the Church and Interest for the same [..]
the time of setling such Deficiencies

Ordered and Agreed that Mr Deputy Brewis be the [..]
for the purposes aforesaid And that the said Buriall Money be fro [..]
time paid into his hands by the Collector or Collectors thereof for the [..]

Ordered and Agreed that the Treasurer and the Four
Wardens for the time being together with Mr James Roches [..]

Mr John Dodd< no role > and Mr Anthony Mead< no role > be and are a Comm [..]
managing and directing the matters aforesaid and that upon
meeting the whole Committee be summoned and that any five
them on such meeting have power to Act

Ordered and Agreed that the late Renter Church warden
whose Accounts have not been Audited be forthwith Audited

Ordered and Agreed that for the future no Church warden
for the time being shall Expend on any parish meeting above [..]
of forty Shillings without an Order of Vestry for that purpose
on the first Citation of the Church Wardens in order to then being
and then not to Exceed the sume of Six pounds) upon penalty
Overplus Expences not being allowed in the Accounts
