Smith< no role > be sent to Nurse Pluckrose at Wanstead And
Benjamin Insberry< no role > to there Dowe at Plaistow.

At a Meeting of the Guardians held in the Workhouse
on Wednesday the 24th. June 1789 .

Present

The Master of the Workhouse reported that Sarah Simpson< no role >
Mentioned in the Minutes of last Meeting agreeable to the
Order of the Guardians then made was sent to those Pluckrose
the first Instant.

That Benjamin Insberry< no role > Mentioned also in said Minutes
was sent to Nurse Dow's said first Instant agreeable to
Order then likewise made And that he was taken away
from thence by his Parents the nineteenth Instant.
And that Mary Ann Smith< no role > mentioned also in said
Minutes died in the Workhouse the twentieth day of May
last And that Thomas Thorn< no role > , B Aged one year eleven
Months and nine days was admitted with his Mother
into the Workhouse the twenty second day of May last
Ordered that tha said Thomas Thorn remain in the
Workhouse till past with his Mother who is not a Parishioner
here.
