that She was heretofore lawfully Married to one
Robert Emmerton< no role > Since deced That her Said late
husband (as he has informed her & which She believes
to be true) that he was hired & lived as a hired Servant
with this Deponts Mother Ruth Chandler< no role > in the Parish
of St Botolph witht Aldgate in the sd County at Certain
Wages and Continued in Such Service under Such hiring
for Three years & did not afterwards rent a house of the
yearly rent of Ten Pounds or upwards or Serve any
Parish Office or Pay any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes
or do any Act to gain a Settlement elsewhere nor
hath She this Depont Since his death done any Act
to gain a settlement for herself
