John Finch< no role > maketh oath that he
was heretofore hired & lived as a hired Servant at Certain
Wages by & with Michael Babba< no role > Carpenter in the
Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch in the sd County &
Continued in such Service under such hiring for the
Space of two Years & during Such time lodged in his
Masters house there That he has not Since lived
as a hired Servant for the Space of a year elsewhere
not rented a house of Ten Pounds a year or upwards
or served any Parish office or Paid any Poors Rates
or Kings Taxes or done any Act to gain a subsequent
Settlement That he hath a wife named Elizabeth< no role >
& a Child named Joanna< no role > aged about a year & half
the lawful Issue of this Depont by his said
Wife to whom he was lawfully Married
