of the parish of Saint Nicholas Deptford in the County of Kent
Marshall Court officer and John Stocks< no role > Severally make
oath And first the said Sarah Jeffery< no role > for herself Saith
that about Thirty five Years ago he the said Thomas Jeffery< no role >
was Married to her this Deponent at the Fleet in the City
of London And the said John Stocks< no role > for himself Saith that
he hath been lately informed by Mr. Macky one of the present
Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of St. Nicholas Deptford
and which information he verily believes to be true that the
said Thomas Jeffery< no role > who now resides in & Rents a house in
Users Fields in the same Parish is charged to and pays the
Poors Rates there for the said house And that by means thereof
he now is & for a Considerable time past hath been legally
Settled in the said parish of Saint Nicholas Deptford
