< no role > who is gone away from her to places unknown
maketh oath that her said husband was born in the Parish of
Rochdale in the County of Lancaster where his Father rented
a house of Ten pounds a year & upwards & paid Parish taxes
for the same as this Depont has been informed & believes & by
means thereof gained a legal Settlement there and at which
time this Deponents said husband gained a legal Settlement there as
being part of his said Fathers Family & by means also of
his being born there And this Deponent said husband hath not Since
done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement That She this
Deponent hath three Children namely Charles aged< no role > about
eight years James aged< no role > about Six years & Mary aged< no role > about
one year & half the lawful Issue of this Deponent by her
said husband to whom she was lawfully married.
