The Voluntary Examination of Sarah
Wheeler
< no role > of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the said County Singlewoman taken
on oath before us Burford Camper< no role > and John
Sherwood
< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace in and for the said County of
Middlesex this 15th Day of August 1774

Who on her oath Saith That in the month of May in the
year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Six
She this Deponent was delivered of a Male Bastard Child
in the house of one Mr Robertson at the End of the Rope Walk in
Artichoak Lane in the Parish of Saint George in the said
County of Middlesex which said Child had been Since baptised
by the name of John Anderson< no role > and is likely to become
Chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate and has done no Act to gain a Settlement for himself


Sworn this 15th. day
of August 1774 before
