Alice Band< no role > (the wife of John Band< no role > who is now Sick
in the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middx )
maketh oath That her said husband lately rented a house in the Parish
of Saint Mary Rotherhith in the County of Surry and was Charged to
and Paid the Kings Tax for the same and by means thereof as she this
Deponent is advised gained a legal Settlement there That to this Deponents
knowledge or belief her said husband has not since done any Act to gain a
Subsequent Settlement and that she hath two children namely John Band< no role >
aged about twelve Years & Elizabeth Jane Band< no role > aged about nine years the
lawful Issue of this Deponent by her said husband neithr of which children
has yet done any Act to gain a Settlement for him or herself
