the Said Susannah Bristow by Thomas Clarke< no role > her former
husband but whether he be living or Dead She doth not know nor
Can set forth and this Depont. hath been informed by the Mother of the
said Child & which this Depont. believes to be true that the said Child
Sarah Clarkewas born in the Town of Portsmouth in the
County of Southampton And this Depont. Can give no account
respecting the Settlement of the Parents of the Said Child or either
of them or of the said Child save her Birth as aforesaid.
