Elizabeth Jeffrys< no role > the Mother in Law of Mary
Carter
< no role > a single woman maketh oath That the said
Mary Carter< no role > (who is at Present disordered in her Mind)
hath informed this Deponent when she the sd. Mary Carte< no role > r
was of sound Mind & Memory & which information this
Depont. believes to be true that she the said Mary Carter< no role >
divers years ago was hired and lived as hired servant
by the year at Certain yearly Wages with one Mrs.
Hannah Gibbons< no role > in the Parish of West Ham in the
County of Essex and Continued in such service for Many
years That She the said Mary Carter< no role > afterwards
removed from thence with her said Mistress to the
Parish of Saint Mary le Bow in the said County
of Middlesex where She Continued under the Same
hiring and service with her said Mistress for above
the Space of one Year at Certain Yearly Wages
any by means thereof as this Deponent is advised
gained a legal settlement in the said last mentioned
Parish And this Depont. Farther Saith that to her
knowledge information or belief the said Mary Carter
hath not since her servitude as above lived as hired
servant for a year nor done any Act to gain a subsequent
settlement
