Mathew Huscraft< no role > Maketh oath That about twenty eight
Years ago he was duly bound an Apprentice by Indenture to one
Joseph Cannon< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary at Lambeth in the County
of Surry Sawyer with whom he served six years and Nine
Months and was then impressed for the Sea Service And this
Deponent farther Saith that he hath not since his said apprenticeship
been an Apprentice nor lived as a hired servant by the year nor
rented a house of Ten pounds by the Year or upwards nor served any
Parish offices Nor to his knowledge or belief done any Act to gain
a settlement subsequent to his apprenticeship And that he hath
two Children to wit Mary Ann< no role > aged about eleven years and Alexander< no role >
Aged about two Years and three quarters the lawful Issue of this
Deponent by his late Wife Elizabeth< no role > deceased.
