Catherine King< no role > the widow of Henry King< no role > deced
Maketh oath that about eleven years ago her
said late husband lived as a hired servant by the
Year with one Mr Green a Brewer in the
Parish of Chelsea in the County of Middx at
the yearly wages of about Six Pounds by the
year as where this Deponent has been inf also lived
as a yearly servant And this Depont saith
that her said husband Continued in such service
for about the Space of one year and an half
and by Means thereof gained a legal settlement
there And this Depont farther saith that her sd
husband did not afterwards live as a hired
servant by the year nor serve any parish offices
nor rent a house of Ten pounds by the Year or
upwards nor done any Act to Acquire a subsequent
settlemt to her knowledge or belief And that she
hath two Children to wit Susannah< no role > aged about
eight Years & three quarters and Mary Ann< no role > aged
about three quarters of a year the lawful Issue
of this Depont. by her sd late husband

August 1759 before us
