Frances Lindsay< no role > maketh oath that she was
born in the parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the
County of Middx And that she this Deponent hath
not gained any legal Settlement otherwise than
in right of birth to the Knowledge of this Depont
& as this Deponents verily believes And this Depont.
Saith that about Twenty nine Years ago She was Married
to one John Bignall< no role > a Carpenter who then lived in the
Said parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate & with
whom this Depont. lived as his wife for Three years &
upwards & by whom this Deponent had 2 Children one
named Elizabeth< no role > & the other Mary< no role > And this Deponent Saith yt
Subsequent to her Marriage with the said John Bignall< no role >
she was Credibly informed & verily believes that the said John
Bignall
< no role > was married to anr. Woman before he Married
this Depont. with whom he went away with when he
left this Deponent by which this Deponts. Marriage was
void.

ago he rented a house in the Warden Street in the precinct
of Bridewell in the City of London and lived there a Year
and paid for rent of yr the Same Twenty four pounds and all parochial
Taxes & never rented any other house Since nor gained any
Subsequent Settlemt. & Saith that he hath a wife named
