Ann Jones< no role > Singlewoman maketh
Oath that she has been informed that
her late Father Samuel Jones< no role > deceased
was duly Bound Apprentice by Indenture
to his Uncle Samuel Fisher< no role > of Upper
Eastsmithfield in the Parish of St. Botolph
Without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex
Stove Smith for the Term of Seven Years
and served the whole of his said Apprentice
with his said Master there, that her said
late Father never Rented any House or
Lodging of the Yearly Rent or Value of Ten
Pounds or paid any Poors Rate or Kings
Tax or did any Act to her knowledge or
Belief to gain a Subsequent Settlement
that, her Mother died in the Workhouse of
the said Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
about Four Years ago, And that she this
Deponent has never been an Apprentice
or lived as a hired Servant by the Year
in any Parish or Place for the space of
One Year together or done any Act to
her knowledge or Belief to gain a
Settlement in her own right and that
she never was Married
