Middlesex,

to wit, Ann Patronella Shott< no role > , Singlewoman
maketh Oath, that her late Father Richard
Shott
< no role > some time ago lived in and rented a
House in Sweedland Court in the Parish of
Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the County
of Middlesex and was charged to and paid
Poor's Rate for the same, and that her said
Father never did any Act to her knowledge
or belief to gain a subsequent Settlement,
That she this Deponent was never bound
as an Apprentice or lived as a hired
Servant by the year in any Parish or
Place for the space of one Year together, nor
hath she done any Act to her knowledge or belief
to gain a Settlement in her own right, and
that she never was married
