Middlesex,

to wit, Anthony Mussard< no role > maketh Oath and
Saith, that some time in the Month of April One
Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Eight he
hired a House in Manor Row , in the Parish of
Saint Botolph without Aldgate , in the County of
Middlesex , at the yearly Rent of Twenty Pounds
that he lived in the said House for the Space of Twelve
Months or thereabouts, and was rated to and paid
Poor's Rate for the same, that he has not since
he quitted the said House lived in any House or
Lodging of the Yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds
or upwards for the space of Forty Days, or done any
Act to gain a subsequent Settlement in any Parish
Precinct on Place whatsoever, That about Sixteen
Years since he was lawfully Married to Hannah
Greaves
< no role > (long since deceased) at the Parish of Saint
Mary Le Bone , by whom he has Issue living (as he
believes) Two Children, namely John< no role > aged about Ten
Years, and Elizabeth< no role > aged about Eight Years who are
now in Scotland , and supported by their Grandmother
That on the Fourteenth Day of June One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Eighty Eight he was lawfully
Married to his present Wife Elizabeth< no role > , at the Parish
Church of Saint Botolph Aldgate
