Middlesex,

to wit, Mary Jenkinson< no role > maketh Oath
and Saith, that some time in the Month of
November in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Eighty Four, at the House
of Mr. Morgan the Corner of Peter's Court , Rosemary
Lane , in the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the County of Middlesex , she was
delivered of a Female Bastard Child, since
Baptised by the Name of Elizabeth Lampard< no role > ,
that the said Bastard Child is likely to become
chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate that Thomas Lampard< no role > late of
the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in the said County, Shoemaker , did beget the said
Child, and that the said Thomas Lampard< no role > died
on or about the Nineteenth Day of March last
