Wee whose names are hereunto Subscribed two of their Maties
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (Quorum unns)
Doe hereby in their Maties names will and require you forthwth
upon Sight hereof To make up and perfect yor Accompts in writings
and prsent the Same to the Gent Inhabitants of the said Liberty
hereunder named And wee doe authorize and desire them or any Six of
them to Convene and assemble the together to view peruse and Examine the
said Accompts and in the managemt. thereof to Separate and distinguish
every perticuler busines and matter whereupon and wherein the moneys by
him Collected and recd have bin disbursed and that they Suffer the moneys by
the said Churchwarden collected and recd to be allowed in his Accounts to and
for noe other use or purpose then for the use and Releife of the said Poore
soe that the remainder of such monies (if any be) may be paid to the
prsent Churchwarden for the use of the Poore of the Liberty of East
Smithfeild abovesaid And wee desire the said Gent or any Six of them
to Certifye us under their hands how they find the said Accounts wth. the
true ballance thereof on or before the Eighteenth day of May next
