That the Committee had Ordered That the Upper part
of the Treasurers House should be painted and.
Whitewashed &
That the Sewers in Old Bethlem should be property
Cleaned agreeably to the Recommendation of the
Surveyor.
The Minutes of the Bethlem Committee of the 15th.
May last were Read and Confirmed Whereby it appeared
That the Committee had Contracted with Mr.
Thomas Sant< no role >
of the Adelphi
for 140 Chaldrons
of Coals at £1..19..6 for Chaldron.
And had Ordered that the Stating on the Center
Building and the Wing on the Womens side
should be Repaired under the Direction of the
Surveyor Agreeable to his Estimate of £43..
And had Ordered Different Tradesmens Bills
to be paid Amounting to £1074..9..
The Minutes of the Committee of Auditors of the 27th. June
last were Read and Confirmed Whereby it Appeared.
That the Committee had Audited the Accounts of
both Hospitals for the last three Months and that
the Sums which were in the Hands of the different
Officers Amounted to £2396..16..6½.
